Having traveled around all of Iceland, we must admit Vik, the little village on the South Coast, remains one of our favorite locations. It is a quiet little place tucked between sprawling green hills and a black sand coastline. The atmosphere is altogether heart warming, and it’s only a matter of time until we return.

We are so grateful to have been able to spend time capturing Marshall & Beth’s elopement here. Along the black sand beach, we captured beautiful portraits on their wedding day with scenic vistas, lupins and greenery and, yes, even puffins. It’s an otherworldly location and perfect for a Vik elopement wedding.
