Rocky Mountain National Park Landscape Photos // Colorado Travels

Personal

After a hectic year, we finally had the chance to get on a plane and travel. We were so excited for our first time out in Colorado. We got to visit with some family we had not seen in a long time, and took the time to explore the heck out of the beautiful state and it’s abundance of hiking trails.

For our first real vacation in quite some time, we honestly forgot our cameras for a few early morning day trips down to Colorado Springs for Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and some other cool places in the area (though we of course grabbed a couple photos on our phones!). We’ll blame the jet lag and the altitude sickness (we’ve never been that high up in our life…lol).

About mid-way through our trip, as we got more comfortable with the high altitude and getting a reasonable nights rest, we got to visit Rocky Mountain National Park. RMNP has truly stunning views of the mountains. It’s hard to really put into words. Our trip there only showed us a small fraction of what the nature there has on display, and we so much want to return to visit it even more.

Still, for what it is, we thought we’d share a couple photo highlights from our trip out to this area. It’s a little change of pace from all the weddings and couples we showcase 99% of the time, and we figure it couldn’t hurt to show our faces now and again. Enjoy! 🙂

Love what you're seeing?

We love getting to connect with couples wanting amazing photos to commemorate their love.
