Michelle + Mitch had quite an interesting engagement session outside in the Pocono Mountains – stay tuned until the end to see why!

This super laid back couple brought along their pups (aren’t Lulu + Jojo just the sweetest?!). Jes has actually known Michelle since childhood, so when she reached out for us to be their wedding photographers we couldn’t contain our excitement!

These two wanted more of an adventurous engagement session – so we did a little hiking and light chasing as we made our way to the beautiful waterfall. But, mother nature had other plans for us that evening… Within minutes of getting to the falls and having a few moments to shoot there, the sky opened up unexpectedly and we were stuck in a seriously wild storm. Once we snapped our last photos, we quickly ran the mile through the random summer storm back to our cars. We may have been completely drenched but the entire way running back to the parking lot we all just couldn’t help but look at each other and laugh. 2020 has been a wild year but we are so excited for their wedding day next November! Until we see each other again! <3
