Melody + John decided to trust our spot recommendations for their adventurous engagement photo session as we explored the ins-and-outs of Hickory Run State Park, and wow, these photos turned out incredibly!

These sessions that involve a bit of hiking and exploring together turn photo sessions into a great experience as we get to show off some beautiful natural areas while documenting our couple’s having a great time together and really getting to connect. Leading up to the start of their session, we kept getting hit with spotty rain storms, but we all decided to go through with it – rain or shine.

And we’re so glad we did!

These two made a long trek from Philadelphia to the Poconos, and it was well worth it!
