Who said beach engagement photos were just for the middle of summer? Brooke + Mike currently live on the Jersey Shore, and what better location than near home for a session. A mid-October sunrise (we must’ve started driving at like 4am or something) at Ocean Grove brought all the warmth once these two got cozied up with some coffee thanks to the beautiful sunrise we were treated too!

Later in the morning, we traded in some of the beach vibes for hopping around town and over to Asbury Park to hit up the murals and iconic spots like the Wonder Bar. Asbury is one of our favorite NJ beaches, and it honestly took us back to the years of shows we’d check out at The Stone Pony (RIP River City Extension – a local favorite, we’re still rocking these jams on car trips).
