Catherine and Jason’s engagement session at Lake Nockamixon was everything we love about fall in Pennsylvania. The trees were glowing with peak foliage, the air was crisp, and the light during golden hour made the woods and lake shimmer with color. We explored trails through the woods, stopped by a small waterfall, and ended the evening lakeside as the sun set behind the trees and lit everything up with a nice warm glow! 🙂
These two are such a joy to be around – down to earth, easygoing, and full of laughter. They showed up with two awesome outfits (and we coordinated a bunch together prior to this session to help it come together!), one a little more dressed up and the other channeling a perfect 70’s vibe that fit them so well.
For the second half of their session, they brought out their pride and joy: a red Volkswagen Airstream campervan they renovated themselves. It’s not just a van – it’s a big part of who they are. They regularly go on camping trips and even little expos where other VW owners get together.
The whole session felt relaxed, fun, and completely them!
We can’t wait to celebrate with them next year for their “Wedstock” wedding – it’s going to be unforgettable.
