Hickory Run State Park is a popular destination for adventure photo sessions. We frequent the park ourselves, both for shoots and for our own personal down time, and loved every minute of getting to explore it more with these two. Everything about them was so infectious – from the way they interacted with each other, balancing some serious moments with plenty more laugh-out-loud ones, it was really incredible to document as we are very similar people ourselves.

What stands out most to us during this session has to be how they were up for any idea we had and ready to hike and get a little dirty in the process. The results? Stunning! From hot spots at the park to little gems we discovered well off the beaten path, these are some amazing backdrops tucked away in Northeastern PA.

In a world where everything seems a little too serious, we’re happy to have been apart of creating a little fun and joy as this couple celebrates their recent elopement marriage and the continuation of their life & love together.
