Q - I see that you are located in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, but my wedding is located somewhere else. Are you able to still photograph my wedding?
A - Yes, we love to travel! Contact us if you are interested in having us photograph your wedding anywhere outside the Lehigh Valley/Eastern Pennsylvania region and we'll discuss the details! We are also open to doing destination weddings - so even if you’re located across the country, or out of the country, get in touch!


Q - What is the process to book you for our wedding day?
A - If you are interested in having us shoot your wedding, awesome!

The first step is to contact us with some basic information about you and your big day! Feel free to let us know if you have any questions about our wedding day packages, or if there is anything you would like to customize, in this email. We can discuss more details via email, set up a phone call or meet to chat in person, depending on your location, if preferred.

Once you are ready, you can secure your photography for your wedding date with a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit. Our booking system is entirely online, so let us know as soon as you are ready to reserve your date and we will send you a private link to electronically sign your contract and submit your payment.


Q - Do you offer engagement sessions?
A - Heck yes! We actually highly recommend them for any couple considering us as their wedding photographer, and it is included as a complimentary gift in most wedding packages if you book us to photograph your special day.

Engagement sessions are great because it gives us the chance to talk to you and get to know you and your fiance better before the big day, under less stressful circumstances! Plus, we get to have some fun, take an adventure together and it allows you to create some new and wonderful memories to cherish forever!

Q - Do you do destination elopements and weddings?
A - Yes! We love to travel. While we are based in the Lehigh Valley (Pennsylvania), we are open to traveling out-of-state and out-of-country to capture your big day. We have previously traveled around the USA, as well as to Mexico, Iceland, Canada, etc - and continue to plan our next great adventure. Next up in April 2018: Portland, Las Vegas, The Grand Canyon, Death Valley... If you're interested in having us capture your destination elopement or wedding, give us a shout!!

Q - Do you offer a second shooter for weddings and other sessions?
A - Hand and Arrow Photography operates as a husband and wife team. Our wedding packages (except local elopements) all include both of us as a part of the cost as it allows us to capture your wedding from multiple angles, and help better coordinate the flow of the day. For elopements and other session types, most include Jes as the main photographer, however if you have a need for an additional photographer, this can easily be done at an additional cost.

Q - Do you include full resolution digital photo files in your packages?
A - Yes! You will receive full resolution JPEG format images in an online gallery for all session types ( I.E. Family, Newborn, Portrait, Couples, etc...) as well as smaller Web formatted images for easy sharing with friends and family via Social Media and E-mail.

Most of our Wedding Packages come standard with a complimentary flash drive containing all of your full resolution JPEG format images, as well as an online gallery with smaller Web formatted images for easy sharing with Friends and Family via Social Media and E-mail.

Q - How long will it take to edit our photos?
A - It all depends on the type of session we have and the amount of time we spend together during the session. Small sessions will be processed much quicker than a long wedding day. At maximum - 4 weeks for smaller sessions and between 6-8 weeks for a wedding day. We also do sneak peaks on our Facebook and Instagram pages - usually the same or next day! Because sometimes it's just to hard to wait to see a few ;)


Q - What if I don't want my images displayed on social media?
A - We care 100% about your needs and concerns regarding your privacy. If you do not wish to be featured on our Blog, Facebook or Instagram, just say the word! We completely understand that some wish to keep things private, so there would be no worries at all in that regard.

Q - Are you willing to offer services to charities and non-profits?
A - We enjoy working on a diverse range of projects, and are open to the opportunity to give back with our art form and business. If you work on behalf of any local charity organizations and are in need of professional photography services, feel free to reach out to us so we can discuss!

Q - Do you offer A La Carte items for purchase?
A - Yes! You may mix and match items such as any of the Canvas Prints, Wood Block Art Prints, Signature Prints and Photo Albums we offer. These can be added to any Session or Wedding Package. Be sure to contact us for more details on the available options and prices!

Q - What if I need more (or less) hours for my wedding, event, or photo session?
A - We are flexible and can customize our packages to meet any of your needs.

Q - Can we meet with you before we book?
A - Absolutely! In fact, we love to meet in person as it helps us get to know each other beyond just some email exchanges. If possible we will set up an in-person meeting, or we can set up a phone call/Skype for a time that is convenient for you.

Q - What forms of payment do you accept?
A - We accept all major credit cards and bank cards through our secured online booking system. If arranged in advanced, we can also accept personal checks and money orders.
