The moment Devon and Mike said they’d like to have their engagement session captured in Cape May, NJ – we were SO thrilled! You guys already know we love to travel, but we also truly love the shore. It’s one of our favorite past times and brings back so many memories for us as kids. I grew up going to LBI almost every summer, and now Chris and I love going to Asbury and Point Pleasant any chance we get over the summers. Having never been to Cape May ourselves, these two gave us the best mini tour as we roamed around the Southern Coast of New Jersey. First stop was Morey’s Pier in North Wildwood where Mike and his family would go to enjoy the board walk just minutes away from their beach house over the years. Then we headed to the incredibly cute and quaint Washington Street Mall where they showed us some of their favorite shops and better yet – their favorite ice cream spot! Last but not least we headed to Sunset Beach for, well, just that! And it was the best sunset we’ve seen all summer. You know it’s been an incredible session when all four of us leave soaked and sandy from going in the ocean! Perfect way to end a perfect summertime Cape May engagement session with these two! Now we can’t wait to plan our own vacation there 😉
