Fun fact: Jes (one half of this H&A photography team duo) used to work with Eric at MCS Industries as a graphic designer before she left in May 2019 to pursue a career as a photographer full time.

One of the things she always says she misses since leaving her job was her amazing co-workers. We’re super happy to be getting to photograph Kim & Eric’s wedding next year, and these engagement photos were so fun to capture for them too.

Prior to their engagement shoot, we all had the chance to meet at one of Jes’ co-workers house party. With a couple drinks in us, good food, a little chat about the latest Star Wars movies, and a round of quoits – is was awesome to get to meet and know each other outside of our work.

For their engagement pictures – we met them at The Wooden Match (a cool bar) in Bethlehem, PA. It has a unique style that fit with the things they really enjoy doing together (going out and having a good time!). To round things out, we met again at Sand Island Park in Bethlehem to add some natural wooded vibes into the mix (+ get some great views of the Steel Stacks towards the end).

In the words of the couple of bar patrons already drinking at 11 in the morning as we were exiting the building, “cheers to the happy couple!” 🙂
