Venue Spotlight: The Farm Bakery and Events in Quakertown, PA

The Farm Bakery & Events is one of the most popular Lehigh Valley wedding destinations for couple’s who want a rustic barn wedding. Located in Quakertown, PA – it’s very close to many major roadways (just minutes from 309 and 78).

As of this writing, we have been to The Farm Bakery to capture some beautiful weddings over the years (Check out their galleries here and here!). We’ve had the opportunity to see as it continues to grow and expand – adding some amazing features (the deck has been an incredible change and more to come for 2020 weddings!), but continuing to offer great service to our mutual clients. We can’t wait to return and capture more beautiful wedding days throughout the years, and even spending a day as guests for a family member’s own wedding there this year!

It’s easy for us to recommend The Farm Bakery & Events because it’s, simply put, a beautiful wedding venue all around.

As photographers, we really appreciate the diversity found in the space – yet everything is in such close proximity. When taking notice of our couples, their family & friends – it’s easy to see that everyone has a great time and the days flow smoothly from one event to the next. The owners of The Farm Bakery have a huge roll to play in this as well, which is another reason why we love coming back time and time again. Becca, Chris and their staff are truly wonderful to work with!

For most couples who choose this venue, they will likely be attracted to the rustic yet elegant vibes that accompany it. As a real plus for local couples – it really is a standout location in the Lehigh Valley when compared with the large number of golf club and ballroom weddings we often see. It really is a great alternative that ends up being less stuffy, more cozy, and filled with a focus on love and family/friends coming together for a great celebration.

Entire weddings can take place on the property – with newly renovated Bridal suites for the bride & groom to get ready early on in the day to grand exits at the end of the night. In between, ceremonies are consistently beautiful in the back lawn under the arbor (that can be decked out so many different ways!), cocktail hour on the lawn and under the patio, and receptions to follow in the barn itself.
