We have known Krista & Jordan for quite some time, and have been photographing them as a couple and growing family since we started our photography business over 3 years ago.

The first time Jes took pictures with them was in celebration of Krista’s pregnancy with Ellie (who you can now see all grown up in the shots below!).

Since then, so much has changed…

Our growth as photographers with a much more refined style has been incredible to reflect on, and Krista’s even pointed this out recently in a really sweet review she wrote for us on Facebook.

Of course, we’ve been lucky to get to follow this little family over the years and see as they continue to grow, too. Earlier this year we even photographed her sister’s wedding (you can see that post here).

Now, just in time for some updated photos for the Christmas holiday season, we got to capture another family session to celebrate their new little one on the way! We think it’s safe to say that Ellie is super excited to become a big sister!

In this gallery, you can see how we approach family sessions – getting a few formal “look at the camera shots”, but also taking time to just document natural interactions with each other. You can really see the love these two parents have for their daughter, and she gives it right back!
