General Warren Inn Micro-Wedding| Lorien + Ian's Malvern, PA Wedding

From start to finish, Lorien and Ian’s intimate wedding day at the General Warren Inn located in Malvern, PA was nothing but the sweetest. Arriving and capturing Lorien getting ready with her sister by her side and checking in on Ian and capturing some quiet in between moments as he eagerly waiting to see his soon to be wife. These two were full of so many smiles, so much joy and of course – so much excitement to get married and read THE sweetest vows they wrote each other.

As they finished getting ready, Lorien and Ian shared a first look together, and Lorien exchanged the sweetest “Night Sky” Print of what the night sky will look like on that same day & location of March 14th, 2020 where they got married. How sweet is that?!

One of our favorite things about a Micro-Wedding is the intimate and laid back aspect of it all. With just their immediate family in attendance and Lorien’s sister officiating, the sense of connection as everyone soaked in every moment of their ceremony brought so much heart felt and genuine emotion. And not just through that, but the whole afternoon as well.

Following their ceremony was of course having family gather around for family photos together (and what a sweet & fun group they were!), then they shared their first dance together surrounded by string lights and a warm fireplace going in the background as Ian’s dad played the sweetest songs for them.

An intimate micro-wedding day wouldn’t be complete without having an amazing meal together with your loved ones. And General Warren provided not only the perfect space for this reception dinner, but an incredible menu for them!

I’m sure you can see, we could go on forever just talking about how beautiful and intentional Lorien and Ian’s day, was and how much we love intimate wedding days too. The freedom to have a flexible schedule and an afternoon at your own pace with an emphasis on family & just enjoying that time together with no where else to be… Just to name a few 😉 But enough of our rambling away, time to start scrolling and see their lovely day unfold below!
